Totally inconsiderate at the Clark county fair

I signed Caleb up for mutton bustin at the Clark county fair today. At sign up, they told us to come back at 1:30. They also told every other family with young children the same thing. So at 1:25 there was a long line of families standing in the blazing heat with no shade waiting at the gate. It was then that we were told that we would have to wait until 1:50. That is way too long for young children to have to wait in fill afternoon sun while the people in charge sip drinks under the shade they set up for themselves. 

Those in charge of the Clark country fair lounge in the shade while families with young children swelter in the heat.
