Classically New or Newly Classic?

I normally don't argue with boxes at the grocery store. I know that a lot of people don't like the term "New and Improved". I completely understand the concept though that something has been improved, and as a result, it's new.

What I don't understand is Hamburger Helper Classic Patty Melt - New.
